Usage:
• The molten aluminum transfer equipment is used for refining and degassing during molten aluminum transfer.

 Molten aluminum ladle capacity: 100kg - 10000kg (AL)

 

 

Equipment Features
• Molded by monolithic casting with a refractory casting material specially used for aluminum alloy ladle production, the inner layer of the ladle lining is poorly permeable to the molten aluminum, so it offers high resistance to corrosion by the molten aluminum.
• Made from an insulating casting material or Nano-fibrous material, the heat holding layer has excellent heat holding performance and low natural drop in temperature.
• Solid ladle housing. The ladle housing is professionally produced according to the technical conditions of ladles. Equipped with a welded bottom hoop, bilge hoop, upper mouth hoop and collar, it has a longer service life and can ensure safety.

• A forklift is used for transfer while the rotating device in the forklift is used for molten aluminum tilting. It’s suitable for high usage amount of aluminum or transfer of molten aluminum among several workshops.

Suspended molten aluminum ladle and transfer ladle

 

• A bridge crane or relevant hoisting tool is used for transfer while the molten aluminum is tilted manually or electrically.

 

Equipment Features
• A special-purpose reducing mechanism is used for driving motion, with strong double-sided self-locking performance.
• A center of gyration can be selected reasonably for flexible rotation, and two-way gyration brings about high reversibility.
• There is a hinge clamping board between the ladle body and suspender, and between the reduction box and hand wheel, which can be locked at any time for higher safety and reliability of use.
• The reduction box has a full-seal structure. Surface hardened, all the other gears are tough and durable.

Vacuum ladle (vacuum aluminum suction equipment)

 

• Powered by a vacuum pump, the vacuum aluminum suction equipment forms a certain vacuum state in the vacuum ladle to automatically suck molten aluminum from the molten aluminum pool.

• The molten aluminum does not leak from the discharge outlet, ensuring the safety of flow-out of molten aluminum.

Pressure pouring ladle

 

Introduction:
• The pressure pouring ladle is a molten aluminum supply device transferred and lifted by a forklift and used to squeeze the molten aluminum out under the pressure of compressed air. The pressure pouring ladle can be used to pour the molten aluminum into a dosing holding furnace or a common holding furnace, or into a mold for casting; the pressure pouring ladle is equipped with a dosing casting gas control system, which can be used to perform dosing casting.

Equipment Features:
1、Safety
• The height of the ladle body can be reduced when the molten aluminum is poured into to a dosing holding furnace. When the molten aluminum is poured, the molten aluminum outflow tube should be kept aligned with the charging hopper. The ladle cannot be moved, tilted or lifted during the flow-out of molten aluminum, so as to prevent an accident as much as possible;
• Identify possible gas-liquid mixed flow to prevent molten aluminum from splashing. When identifying gas-liquid mixed flow, the gas control system will release pressure promptly to prevent molten aluminum from splashing;
2、The quality of molten aluminum determines the quality of castings.
• Under the action of air pressure, the molten aluminum flows out from the aluminum tube cylindrically (non-cascading), with the area of its contact with air minimized, reducing the oxidation, hydrogen absorption and temperature drop of the molten aluminum injected;
• The pressure pouring ladle can be used for fixed-point pouring to minimize the height difference between the molten aluminum outlet and the molten aluminum receiving container to prevent molten aluminum from splashing and oxidizing.
3、High-quality gas control system
• It can be used to conduct high-precision gas pressure control, liquid level compensation, gas-liquid mixed flow and ladle body leakage detection in the program.
